A Simple yet Effective Home Remedy for Hair Loss

A home remedy for hair loss can prove to be quite effective and may not involve any complicated drugs or treatment processes. A home remedy for hair loss that is ideal for treating patients is massaging the scalp with your fingers in a gentle manner which will result in improved circulation of the blood and lend much needed glow to the hair.Also, using certain hair oils can act as excellent tonics that help condition the hair and these oils may be prepared using coconut oils that can be applied to the scalp, with wonderful results. In order to nourish the hair, one may also apply coconut milk over the scalp and then massage it deep into the roots.

A Few Simple Home Remedies

Make a shampoo by mixing a hundred grams of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha and shikakai and boiling it in two liters of water till the liquid halves. This will help when the shampoo is used for a month as the hair will become thicker as well as stop falling. Another home remedy for hair loss is to mix like amounts of warm castor with almond oil and massaging the scalp once a week, at the very least. Applying a mixture of Aloe Vera and herbal powder triphala to ones hair for three to six months is also another helpful home remedy for hair loss, which will cause new hair to grow.

Mixing soaked fenugreek seeds and shikakai powder along with reetha powder, amla powder, dried lemon or lime peels and adding two eggs and grinding into a paste would make an ideal preparation that could be massaged onto the hair and scalp. This when left for approximately 20 minutes before being washed with a mild shampoo would result in a thick and luxuriant new growth of the persons hair.

Making pastes of olive oil, honey as well as cinnamon powder and massaging it on the scalp and leaving it for 15 minutes works wonders if used thrice to four times every week. Also, drinking a teaspoon of cider vinegar that has been mixed with a glass of water at meal times twice or thrice a week is yet another simple and effective home remedy for hair loss that would make the hair grow anew. Drinking daily juices of alfalfa added to fresh spinach or fresh coriander is also an effective home remedy for hair loss that would result in quick hair growth.
